In addition, an email will be sent to you with the download link.

Q: Is there technical support available for Product Key Finder? A: YES! We provide e-mail support for all of our products. Please allow 1-2 business days for response.

Q: Do you support Macs? A: Presently, no.

Q: What if the serial no. I retrieve does not work? A: Windows key decryption works 100% of the time if Windows is properly activated. The key is encrypted using a algorithm and will always reverse properly. Issues arise when you are attempting to use a Windows XP Retail key with a Windows XP OEM CD. Same applies for combining upgrade, retail and OEM versions as well as various service packs.

Q: I have a Windows XP key and the code does not work. A: The key that you are attempting to use does not match the version you are installing. In other words, Windows XP Home keys do not work with Windows XP Professional. In addition, your key may not work in combination with retail, oem and/or upgrade versions. The keys are not interchangable, you must have the proper CD for the key displayed.

Q: I have an Office (XP/2003/2007) key and the code does not work. A: (see above) The same rules apply to Microsoft Office. You cannot use your Office 2003 Small Business CD Key with Office 2003 Professional CD (vice versa). You must have the proper CD for your displayed key code.

Q: Can you retrieve the key code from the CD? A: No. This is not possible. There is no key code stored on your CD.

Q: Does this software support Win x64 codes? A: Not at this time, we are working on this functionality.

Q: Does this software change CD keys? A: No our software will NOT change your CD key.

Q: What is your return policy? A: Product Key Viewer Professional is try-before-you buy policy. The trial version of our software should provide you with the first ten digits of your CD key. If it does not, then please do not buy it. In an effort to keep our sales related costs low, all sales are final.
